The summer has finally decided to show up here in Stockholm, praise the lord for that! I've been doing all sorts of fun things lately, grill nights, wine drinking in parks, cosy picnics, bicycle rides and open air dinners. Super lovely, I hope you all are having a blast.

What is it abot sundays? Its kind of a bittersweet love/hate thing. One is usually free from work, perfect for brunch, long walks and other nice stuff. Yet usually its a messy hell, hangover, laundry / clean your home and pay you bills day. And then there's the Sunday Blues, "anxiety about the week ahead and a sense of helplessness and depression" Pretty fucked up. Happy Sunday everyone!

Hello, so as you may already know I just recently began working at new place. Everything is new and its been a bit intense, at least in terms of information and getting to know new colleagues. I like it, its working out fine. I just need some time to really settle and become more comfortable.
Meanwhile i'm deeply sorry for my absence here on milostyle, my head has been busy elsewhere, i'm sure you understand, ya?

The first day at my new job is now over, it was pretty awesome. I really think this could turn into something great. My colleagues has so far been super nice, and the hotel is so beautiful. Check it out!

This weekend was crazy in many ways, Kalmar is a student city in Sweden. These folks really know how to party like animals.

I'm back from Italy, it was fantastic. I officially love Rome. The last day was the best, it was all about food/wine/shopping and more food & wine I think I was drunk most of the day and thats just fantastic.

Today was mind blowing, for real. I have NEVER seen anything more amazing and beautiful than the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel + the St. Peter's Basilica. Sweet holy little jesus baby i'm so happy I went there... All Iphone pics..,

Why hello there!
I have some news, tomorrow is my last day working at the Strand Hotel in Stockholm. I've been employed there for over five years and its been fantastic. But now its time to move on, and im not leaving the hotel business. On the 1th of march I will start working at the newly opened Nobis Hotel. Its Stockholms new luxy hotel, the best one for sure.
So that is very exiting, i'll tell you more about it when i've settled in.

Today I went all crazy and bought myself a little vacation to Italy, to Rome actually. Im leaving on sunday for five days. I'll be staying at a really nice hotel and I just know that its gonna be smashing*

Yesterday was a blast. Staff party with the theme- Vive la France. I went together with my friend Gabriella as Pilot and air hostess from Air France. Pretty fantastic*

Yesterday was the first day of only three of this season's Stockholm Fashion week. I worked most of the day so I missed quite a lot. I really wanted to see Carin Wester but frankly I was too exhausted to hang around until it started. Im soon off to Berns to socialize and see some shows. But to be honest i'm not super exited this season, I think its because I have other more important things on my mind.

Always have a little something for the way, if you don't have a flask (I have two!) take the whole bottle. As long as your happy, I recommend Stolichnaya of course, cheap but still classy. I think its Natasha Poly's favorite actually*

Don't ask me, all I can say is that I had a great time. A friend from work had a party at her place last night.

Today felt like getting something nice, and so I did. At Nathalie Schuterman, in my opinion one of the best boutiques in Stockholm. I'll take photos and show you tomorrow. But I can tell you that its a pair of shoes and a bracelet, from Christian & Yves.

Hello there, I haven't been blogging much lately. Im sorry for that, but hey its a new year now, a fresh start ya!?

Hello there, I know I suck. But better late than never! December has been really fun this year, since I last wrote i've become a year older, but i'm not telling you my real age. Gosh no, lets just say that i'm 20, young and tight!

This is the gingerbread house I talked about last week. I made it and i'm damn proud of it.

Im a very lazy person, like for real. If I could I think would sleep away most of my time. So today was one of those extra lazy days. I slept until really late and then I ate lunch at my moms. I spent the rest of the day drinking glögg(swedish christmas wine) while play-dating with my friend Mo. Pretty chill.

I just woke up, after 16 hours of sleep. That must count as dead. I don't know what happened, sure I was tired but not freakishly exhausted. Anyhow now i'm alive.

I mean seriously, what are the odds of this hideous coincidence. Makes me sick and nauseous for real...

Y'all haven't missed out on the most fun of all weekend activities here in Stockholm I hope? Well its The "Basar Under" for those of you who didn't know. Its like a vintage marketplace thats open every saturday on Södermalm. I for one LOVE IT, and Basar Under is hotter than ever this fall. Not only do they showcase awesome clothes and other items for one to buy but they also have live bands and art exhibitions. Its like a cultural cocktail, super fantastic!
