So now its almost summer in sweden, and im planning on doing som rehab before its starts for real! Lots of work out, healthier food, vitamins, lots of water and a little get away to some hot place. The work out has been slow the past few weeks but im gonna go for it hard'n rough relly soon. The other day I bought some healthy stuff, Goji Berries , Rosenrot pills, and Zink pills. Y'all know I love'em pills, so those are all part of my new life!

...A DAY IN THE CITY, THE CITY!
As you might know by now, I love Stockholm, its a truly amazing city in many ways. I work in the city center, just by the water, like seriously 25 meters from a small little city harbour. Its stunning and I love it. Yesterday I spent some time with a work buddy, Anna, she's like the bomb!, gotta love that girl, a real killer. Afterwards I slept for an hour on the grass just by a boat. its kind of like my "thing" to fall a sleep in parks in the middle of the city, really skanky&hot.
Later on that day I met up with some old friends, Theresa.Patrik&Per my friends from highschool. We went to eat and drink beer in knivsöder (the south,where people have knifes). Long time no see and I hope we can hook up again this summer.

This is one of my favourite male models, he's German and was born in Hamburg the 26/04 of 1981. He actually used to work as car-mechanic prior to his modeling career, it was his sister who sent in some photos to an agency and after that it all happend quite fast. One of his biggest contracts is the one he had with Hugo Boss for several seasons in a row, and also the Armani Aqua di Gio parfume ad, that one is like a wet dream for a male model.

,my head is killing me and I feel kind'a fucked, in a bad way! Yesterday night was all worth I though. Me and some workbuddies ended up at Berns little nightclub and danced are asses of. After some more dancing and some drunkfood I jumped into my nightbuss, and then its blury, all I know is that I woke up far away from my own buss-stop, and I found myself freezing (almost till death) surrounded by bunnys somewhere out near a forest. (gotta love'em bunnys though)
Then I took a taxi home. I fell asleep like a rock and now I have a fuckface after been sleeping weird with my pillow an half my face.
Well well, now I need to fresh'n up, I might need to pop one of my miracle London pills, its for everything almost, like an upper!

Yesterday was my sisters birthday, so the whole family went out to eat. I booked this really nice Lebanese restaurant called Tabbouli. The food and everything was perfect. Great evening indeed.
