I like these new ads for Prada menswear, very classy and timeless. It almost looks like a movie trailer, you know from the olden days. The casting is awesome, I like that the used some asian models, which high end european fashion houses rarely do. The photos are taken by Hedi Slimane, the master of black and white.

Freja Beha Erichsen has never been a favourite of mine. But this editorial is not half bad, in fact its really good. I love the tanned skin against the strong colors, makes it a bit latino like. The Balenciaga spring 07 stucture dress gives it a nice final touch.

So why do I love the summer so much? Well first of all the hot weather makes me happy and the sun makes me tanned. The clothes are loose and skanky, nips can slip and it doesn't matter. Everything feels free and you can take dip in a nearby lake, in the middle of the night if you wish so. Icecream, picnics with wine and beer that lasts until sunset and music on a park with some nice company. The smell of sun after rain on the cement, grass and pavement, the flowers and the bees, butterflies and hedgehodges. Bicycle rides in the middle of the endless swedish night...
But its f'cking january right now, so lets dream on for another 5-6 months shall we.

I really love Missoni, I wish I had the money to go crazy and buy a whole collection and the furniture too. But I don't so I just look at these new ads and I smile. They are captured by Juergen Teller which is awesome, he gives the photos an intimate and happy feeling, very relaxed and genuine. Just what Angela Missoni wanted, thats why she has her family on the ads instead of models. This actually works for me.

Tom Ford is a man of many talents, in other words not so different from me . Something that I have craved for quite some time now is his Fragrance for men. Not only for the fragrance itself, but for the bottle, it is by far one of the best designed perfume bottles EVER. Its so, art-deco, decadent, timeless and absolutely PERFECT.

Excuse my absence, i've been doing so much lately, working, christmas shopping and "camilos stora julbak" (my christmas party) It was amazing by the way. No pictures here on the blog though, to protect the very secret guests*.
Anyway, my blogging behaviour can't be excused, it has been awful and im so sorry. While i've been gone i've still had few visitors, in fact the last weeks i've had more visitors than ever. But why won't you comment? All I know is I have readers from over 70 countries, and thats just crazy. Places like Madagaskar, Sri Lanka and Iceland. Although most of my visitors are from Sweden, USA, Germany, UK, France and Australia. I know I can be a bit boring sometimes, I only have this blog because I love fashion photography, its not ment to be Camilo's little daily lookbook of fun... So I understand if you sometimes find it a bit unpersonal.

Can someone please tell me what you want to see more of here on the blog, im starting to feel bored myself, and thats just not good, cause I might just quit all together...
